We keep data handling minimal and explain it plainly. This page summarises how we treat personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, email address, organization, country or region, role, and description you enter in the contact form, plus basic technical server logs.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation is active and deleted afterwards, unless a project relationship requires us to keep records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and you can object to its processing at any time.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies. We store your language preference (English/German) locally in your browser so it persists between visits; this is not a cookie and does not require consent.
Hosting
This site is built and hosted via Lovable Labs, Inc. Server access logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) are processed automatically to operate and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The fonts used on this site are hosted locally as part of the website's own files and are not loaded from Google or any other third party.
Embedded videos
On our Events page we embed a YouTube video using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode. No connection to YouTube is made and no cookies are set until you actively click play. Once you start playback, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may set cookies and process data according to its own privacy policy, including possible transfers to the US.
