Partners4Patients Foundation was founded by the owners of admedicum. Below is our full disclosure of that relationship and the measures we take to address potential conflicts of interest.

About Partners4Patients Foundation gUG (haftungsbeschränkt)
The Partners4Patients Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by the owners of admedicum: Philipp von Gallwitz, Dr. Roger Legtenberg and Dr. Andreas Reimann. It serves patient organizations, learned societies and multi-stakeholder alliances.
Potential conflicts of interest
The nature of the relationship between the Partners4Patients Foundation and admedicum represents a potential conflict of interest. This arises from the overlapping ownership, interests and joint projects of both organizations, which may influence the decisions and actions of both parties.
Measures to avoid or disclose conflicts of interest
The following measures have been taken to address, mitigate or disclose potential conflicts of interest:
Transparency
The relationships between Partners4Patients Foundation and admedicum are fully disclosed to all stakeholders. For Partners4Patients Foundation projects involving therapeutic areas and/or financial support from third parties (e.g. commercial companies) in or with which admedicum currently has or has had business relationships in the last three years, admedicum will explicitly disclose the therapeutic areas and/or the names of the third parties involved. For its part, the Partners4Patients Foundation will ensure that any material, financial or other support from third parties is disclosed.
Independence
Both organizations maintain their independence in decision-making processes and ensure that their tasks and actions are not inappropriately influenced by their partnership and in particular by admedicum's customers.
Communication
Regular communication and documentation of joint efforts is maintained to ensure that all activities are transparent and traceable.
