About the project

Supporting the Alliance for Pulmonary Hypertension, a patient-led international network of PH patient organisations, since 2023, helping expand educational webinars, patient-to-patient learning, awareness activities, and the Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Platform so people affected by PH can access reliable information and exchange best practices across borders.
